Shanae began working in the veterinary industry in 2021 at a not-for-profit emergency and GP clinic in Melbourne. Since then, she has found a true passion for supporting both clients and her team in a fast-paced, animal-loving environment.

At home, she’s kept busy by her two gorgeous Staffies, Leia and Bane — her beloved fur babies known for their endless staffy shenanigans. In her spare time, Shanae enjoys playing competitive netball, spending quality time with family and friends, and, of course, pampering her pups.

Her goal as a receptionist is to provide exceptional client service and help foster a positive, supportive team culture within the clinic.
